When you request a ride, your request is broadcast to nearby drivers. Drivers send you offers with their proposed fare. You receive multiple offers and choose the one that suits you best. This demand-based system ensures transparent pricing.
Yes. When booking, select 'Scheduled' instead of 'Now' and choose your date and time. Scheduled rides must be at least 30 minutes from now. Your request will be confirmed closer to pickup time.
Log in to the customer portal, go to Parcels, and click 'Request Parcel'. Enter pickup and destination addresses, sender and receiver details, select a parcel category, and submit. You'll receive a fare estimate before confirming.
We accept cash, card, and wallet payments. Payment options may vary by zone. When booking, you can select your preferred payment method. Corporate accounts can use monthly invoicing.
Add funds to your wallet from the customer portal. Use your wallet balance to pay for rides and parcels. You can top up via supported payment gateways. Wallet balance is shown in your profile.
After your ride or parcel is accepted, you can view the trip status in the customer portal under Trips or Parcels. You'll see the driver details, pickup and drop-off info, and current status.
When drivers send offers for your ride request, they appear in the Bids section. You can view each offer with the driver's rating and proposed fare. Accept the offer you prefer or ignore offers you don't want.
We operate in selected zones. When you enter a pickup address, our system detects if you're in a service zone. If we're not active in your area yet, contact our support—we may expand to your region.
You can cancel from the trip detail page in the customer portal or app. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel too close to the pickup time. Check the trip status for cancellation options.
Yes. We only work with licensed and regulated drivers. All drivers must have valid documentation and comply with local regulations before joining our platform.
Yes. Enter the airport as your pickup or destination when booking. We offer airport transfers at competitive rates. You can schedule in advance for flight pickups.
Yes. We provide dedicated taxi services for companies, NGOs, hotels, commercial clients, and government institutes. Contact us to set up a business account with flexible billing.
Corporate clients can choose monthly invoice, prepaid credit, or contract-based billing. We offer consolidated invoicing and custom agreements. Visit our Business Accounts page for details.
Download the CabMe driver app from Google Play or the App Store. Register, upload your documents (license, etc.), and wait for approval. Once approved, you can go online and receive ride and parcel requests.
Drivers receive weekly payments. Earnings are calculated after our commission. Drivers can manage withdrawal settings and view earnings in the driver app.
